Sponsoring the Blades
for the upcoming season.
The Blenheim Blades Jr. ‘C’ Hockey Club has been operating in
Chatham-Kent for 43 years. The club is not privately owned but has their
own executive and board of directors. Without the support of the many
sponsors and volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to provide another level of
hockey for the boys after Minor Hockey. It’s a stepping stone for some
players to develop their skills further before going to the Junior ‘B’
level. Please note that it costs between $80,000 and $90,000 a year to
operate the team.
Your business may be one of our regular sponsors or you
might be interested in showing your support to the club. The following
material gives a breakdown of the sponsorship.
Home Jersey Sponsorship
- $150.00 for one year sponsorship, $275.00 for two years (listed
in program and on Internet site)
Ice-time Sponsorship
- $425.00 per Home game
- 1 / 16 page ad in our program and on our Internet site
- Announcement during each period of the home game
- Name on billboard sign advertising the home game in the downtown
corridor
- Name also in the lobby during the home game
- Name on lineup sheet
- 20 individual game passes

Practice Ice-time Sponsor
- Donations are welcome
- Cost for practice ice-time is $145.00 / hour and the Blades practice
twice a week for 150 minutes
- You will be mentioned over the PA the night of the first-game after
your practice ice-time
Sponsorship, on the lineup and on the Blades Internet site
You will receive a personal visit or a phone call as a
follow up to this letter.
